We offer express international shipping through qualified carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.

Free shipping is available for orders over €300 to the following countries:

For countries not listed above, shipping fees will be displayed to the Client before payment. Customs duties and additional taxes may apply depending on the country and order value. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond PURE RAW HAIR’s control and can vary significantly by country. Therefore, we cannot predict the exact amount of any potential fees. For more information, we recommend contacting your customs office to avoid any unexpected shipping costs.

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses for delivery.

Shipping fees listed on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes.

Delivery Times
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after processing time. Processing times of 7-10 working days should be considered before your order is shipped.

Please note that our hair is raw and directly harvested from donors in remote areas. We place a high emphasis on the purity of our extensions and do not wish to contribute to mass production in factories, which is what makes our products rare. It takes time for our teams to ensure the highest quality and the purest hair possible.

Certain geographical areas, specific products, or larger order volumes may result in longer delivery times. Any such delays will be explicitly mentioned to the Client during order confirmation or via email.

Damaged Parcel
If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is the Client’s responsibility to refuse it in order to benefit from the guarantee provided by the carrier. The Client must also inform the seller promptly, so that a replacement parcel can be prepared and shipped once the damaged parcel is returned.

Delivery Delays
In case of a delivery delay, the seller has a reasonable additional period before the order is considered undelivered. After this period, the Client may contact the seller to notify the situation.

If the ordered products have not been delivered within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date due to force majeure or client action, the client may notify the seller in writing, as per Article L 216-6 of the Consumer Code, to cancel the sale.
