Complaints
It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the condition of the Products at the time of delivery. This verification should specifically cover the quality, quantity, and references of the Products, as well as their compliance with the order. No complaints will be accepted after a period of three days from the delivery date. In any case, any complaints concerning delivered parcels will only be considered if the Client, in the capacity of a merchant, has made reservations with the carrier, in accordance with Articles L. 133-3 and following of the French Commercial Code.

All complaints must be submitted via email to contact@purerawhair.fr within three (3) days of receiving the product.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reasons or paying a penalty, for an exchange or refund, provided the Product is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, and within fourteen (14) days of notifying the Seller of the Client’s decision to withdraw. The Client must send the withdrawal form at the end of this page to the following email address: contact@purerawhair.fr to notify us of their decision. We will not be responsible for any shipment sent without our prior consent to an address other than the one we have communicated.
